STORY
The Offshore 38 was Michael Bell's American take on Lock Crowther's Super Shockwave 37. It was designed to be a fast coastal cruiser, with comfortable accommodations. It was also designed to be a modular system, allowing purchasers to buy components as their budgets allowed.
